Travelling - DT Post

Today's "DT Post Card"

Hey everyone! Welcome to another week over a Stamps & Fun - Creativity!  This week is a Travelling or summer Challenge.

I love making these vintage wallets.  They are very close to card size of an A2!  I decided to make another travelling album on Paris.  I love these albums you can journal in them and add pictures and there are pockets to add other things!

I love to use the same papers so it looks consistent when you open the album.  I like to make my own journalling cards and mats.  I will find images and print them off and layer them.  I also like to use many different die cuts and add them as accents.  In this album I did a lot of black elements this way, but in another album I did, I used gold foiled cardstock and wow you can always change it up by changing the colour!

As you can see you have a lot of areas to cover as the album opens in different directions.  It is fun to make these albums but you have to make sure your papers all work together!  I love adding Kraft cardstock in these vintage albums.  The colours work perfect and it adds some calmness to the other busy papers.

If you are interested in making the base of this album, please see the video tutorial I made below!  Thanks so much!

I hope you enjoyed this project!  Please check out the other DT members' projects!  Thanks so much for joining me for this Challenge over at Stamps & fun = Creativity!
