DT - Kitchen Challenge

Today's "DT Post Card"

Hey everyone!  This week it is to use a "kitchen" challenge.

I have never shared this card on my blog so I decided to share this card this week for the kitchen challenge.  Please see a video tutorial I did for this card!

I love these colours.  They are very pretty together!  I love the accents of the die cuts and the printed off sentiment made from MS Word.

I hope you enjoyed this project!  Please check out the other DT members' projects!  Thanks so much for joining me for this Challenge over at Stamps & fun = Creativity!

Make a card 4 - Video Tutorial

Today's "Make a Card 4"

Hey, a quick card today.  I used some papers from my A2 prep bin.  I layered everything on black to help it stand out and with the dog being black I think this all looks nice.  I layer up the card and add foam to the image.  (I have stopped using pop dots on these square images as this helps to keep the image from denting in the mail.)

I made my sentiment on MS word and then I could customize it to fit the card and add the colour to match on the word RUFF.  I didn't like the colour of my original flower so I used a copic marker to change the colour to match better.  I also added some sequins to add more hearts to this lovie card.  Lastly I used my wink of stella pen to add some glimmer to the bathtub and add a bit more cuteness to this card!

DT - Sketch Challenge

Today's "DT Post Card"

Hey everyone!  This week it is to use a "sketch" challenge.

Sorry being late this week.  It has been very busy in my life these days and I finally had a quiet moment today to make this card.  I wanted to make a sympathy card for a friend that just lost her grandpa.

I picked out some of this beautiful paper and added some of the elements that went with the paper pad.  I felt the sketch was quite simple so I added some foam to raise the sentiment area and I also added some crystal nuvo drops to add some more details!  This was a very simple basic card, but I love this paper line, it is really pretty and I hope she loves this card.

I hope you enjoyed this project!  Please check out the other DT members' projects!  Thanks so much for joining me for this Challenge over at Stamps & fun = Creativity!
