Today's "Copic Card"
Another card from CAS 3 day 7, we were to use just our copics, without a stamp, and colour a simple image and I choose some flowers and leaves. I'm not too sure about this technique. I do like the scored edges on this card, but I think I prefer cards without ink flicks! Also the inkadinkado "thanks" stamp really didn't do a good job, I'm not too sure if other people have issues with their stamps but it wasn't a clean image no matter what ink I tried! Oh well, it is all in fun and learning and trying!

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey here is CAS card from day 7 of CAS 3. For this card I stamped the whole image using a sand coloured ink. Then I traced some of the image with a black pen and then coloured in the part I stencilled in with copics. I added some wink of stella glitter pan on the flowers but it is hard to tell again from the pictures. I did some small ink spatters on the card just to add a bit more to this card. Lastly I stamped the forever gratitude as my final step in this unique thank you card! I love the look, it is quite nice.

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey here is another card from day 7 of CAS 3. I masked this square and then stamped going outward using the paper smooches botanicals 2 stamp set. I did some layers on the leaves. I used distressed inks and used my water brush to smooth the stamped images a bit and to add some watercolour look. I then took the mask off and stamped the "thinking of you." I added some wink of stella glitter onto the flowers, but you can't tell from the picture. I really like this card!

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey! For today I did up some cards for my CAS-3 class. For today's card I used the Simon Says doily heart to cut out the heart die, then I also cut out another simon heart set die and this is the white heart in the centre. I also used this Simon's mini love you die and cut out the pieces. I then took a piece of vellum and coloured on it with my copics. I attached the vellum to the inside of the heart and then I started to layer my white pieces back into the card in the "love you" and I attached the heart. I adhered a white piece of paper on the idea of the card and added these little bling swirls to finish up the card. What a fun technique!

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey, well out of all the cards I made today for class, this is my favourite. Maybe because it it so clean looking but also because you can do so much. You needed to place a die cut and then stamp around and over it. Try to make it look like graffiti! I tried to keep it more "blue'ie" and I like that. I can see doing this more often, plus it was fun.

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey, well here is another CAS-3 card I made up. I had so much fun doing this technique. I took masking paper and masked off areas and then inked stripes and kept doing it until I had plaid. It was a lot of fun. I think it is very pretty. This I find so feminine and girlie, I just love these colours! To finish off this card I found these wonderful words from this Maya Road stamp set and stamped it off with some Onyx black ink. I love the boldness of these stamps. I just love this technique, however I think it would be nice to no do the entire card, but to have this as "part of the card" in the future. …did I mention how much fun this was to do!

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey, well love this technique where you mask off parts of your black card base. Then you emboss the areas or squares left! I then embossed the sentiment just to add a little something extra to this card. I love the various glitter/embossing powder. I love this shabby chic embossing powder from stampendous. The only thing is that the powder bag left a little white residue on the card, but I find the inkadinkado one works better than the EK success one I have.

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey everyone. Another CAS-3 one layer card here. So I masked off the square area. I then took this Tim Holtz buildings stamp and stamped it on the edge of the mask. I then stamped a building mask to go over top of the buildings for part 2. For part 2 I placed the building's mask and placed it over the place I stamped the buildings. I then took and inked around the buildings with chipped sapphire, faded jeans, and broken china. I took my water brush to move the colour around a bit and I like that effect. Lastly I stamped these butterflies and the "enjoy the journey" with versa mark and then embossed it with this bronze embossing powder. I was supposed to be going for a optical illusion with the butterflies close and the buildings in the background and I think it turned out!

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey everyone. Another CAS-3 one layer card here. I took a spellbinders die and then cut out a mask. I then cut another oval inside mask out too. I then placed my masks onto my card front and then layer a MFT honeycomb stencil down. I used some Tim Holtz ink and first the the pink side and then the blue side. I masked off the stripes at the top and then inked across. Lastly I used this paper smooches stamp (hello) and stamped it. I then took some of the Tim Holtz ink and put some on my craft mat. I then took a water brush and coloured in the "hello". I like the colours in this card and the fun of the colouring. I like the masked technique as well as the stencil!

Today's "CAS Card"
Hey everyone. Just a few posts today for cards I completed in the CAS-3 class. This card I used this wonderful background stamp in this sand colour. I then stamped a variety of flower stamps in different colours and sizes around the card. I lastly took this recollections "peace" stamp and stamped it in black for the sentiment. Something different for me, but it was fun to try to do!
