Today's "Make a Card 7"
Hey everyone. I started making this card and decided to film the rest. I love this technique of colouring over an area that has been embossed. Everyone loves colouring and this is a fun way to colour and have your design easy to colour!
So I used a Darice embossing folder and then coloured over the embossed area with my zig clean makers. I thought it was a bit much so I then die cut a piece of the teal card stock with a SSS die. I love that stitched curved border it makes. I layered up the pieces on first a piece of the same teal cardstock and then up on a white card base. I love how the layering looks.
I embossed this sentiment with some white embossing powder using this Jelli-bean stamp set (Sunshine). I then added some sequins to add just a touch of sparkle and a couple of flowers/brad.
I really have been using my Tim Holtz tool to help place sequins and to help with my card making. I really find this tool useful!
This was a fun card to make! Check out this video tutorial!
Just love the colors of your card! Great job
