Sketch Challenge - DT - November

Today's "DT Post Card"

Hey everyone!  This challenge is a sketch challenge!  I decided to make a baby card this week.  I love sketches and try to slightly change them to make it my own.  For this card I used various angels to add more interest to this sketch!

I love the many different papers I have used to create this cards, from different patterns and stripes!

Please follow along with me in my video tutorial of putting this card together!

Blue White Challenge - DT

Today's "DT Post Card"

Hey everyone!  This challenge is for blue white.  I must say that blue is my favourite colour and I just love making blue cards!    I love these papers which are from an older Bo Bunny Winter line.  I took a ribbon and made a bow on the front and then attached my card matt to my card base!

I took this wonderful snowy image and die cut and layered it up with spellbinders circle/scalloped circle dies.  I added some bling to the card as well as this sentiment from a Hero Arts Christmas Stamp Set - Peace - Love - Joy.  (HOLIDAY SAYINGS # CL343)

I love the calmness of this card.  I hope you enjoy this card and check out the out DT's card at our challenge blog!

Monochromatic Owls -DT

Today's "DT Post Card"

Hey everyone!  I used this owl image and die cut it up with spellbinders dies.  I used a dark circle for the layer to add some pop for the image on this card.

I took a white card mat and sewed a pink polka dot piece of pattern paper to it.  I used some darker pink thread to add some different shades.  I then cut a few pieces into a banner shape and layered them on top of the piece I sewed to the card mat.  I then added the image up on pop dots, a flower, and the pink bling to finish up the card.  It is quite easy to make a use a Monochromatic card.  You just need to use layers of various shades of one colour.

I hope you enjoyed this project!  Please check out the other DT members' projects!  Thanks so much for joining me for this Challenge over at Stamps & fun = Creativity!
