Some bunny loves you!

Today's "Card"

Hey, thought I post another card tonight. I really love this card. I took this digi image and then added some stickles to add some sparkle. I die cut it up 3 times with spellbinders dies. I then took this great plaid paper, from Michaels (recollections) and then sewed a strip of purple on with pink thread. I took this nice soft coloured pink ribbon and made a bow. I added some flowers, a brad, and a leaf to embellish it more. I made this sentiment on MS word to get similar colours and a playful font. I like how it turned out. I really like the brown matting I used, it helps the brown come out and give dimension to this card.

I took this great image and layered it up with spellbinders 3 times. I popped it up using pop dots and then added some bling. I added this great bee from Martha Stewart and then some flowers, a brad, and this sentiment. The yellow ribbon banner is also from MFT. I'm going MFT crazy! The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp banner set I recently bought!

Summer loving

Today's "Card"

Hey everyone, I'm back from vacation. It was a nice trip but I'm so glad to be back! For this card I used this wonderful CC Designs image and then coloured her up and then used some stickles to give her some glitz. I layered her with some spellbinders dies. I took this blue/green flower paper and then sewed some pink checkered paper to add some real zesty colour. I then layered this MFT die loopy border on top. I then adhered the card mat to the black card base. I love how the black makes it pop. I added the sentiment I love summer, and attached it with brads. For this pinwheel, I made this out of the paper I had left over from the card. I really like how it turns out and then I added it with a brad so it could spin. Lastly I added the pink bling to add more colour to the left side of the card.

So Sweet

Today's "Card"

Hi all! One of my last posts before I am off on vacation! I love this card so much!!!! I used papers from the magazine Cardmaking. They usually give a freebee, and some of these papers are from that set I got with the magazine! I took the flowery paper and then sewed some polka dots down the card. I adhered this to a cream coloured card stock. I added some rich redie-pink ribbon to help that stand out. Then I adhered it all to a nice greenie-blue cardstock. I used this great stamp from Penny Black and then layered it up with spellbinders. I added some sparkle with some stickles. I used this banner/die stamp set from Simon Says Stamp. I stamped the "So sweet" in a lighter blueie-green colour and inked the banner around the edges a bit. I lastly added a flower, a blingy brad, and this great pinwheel element with a gem to finish up the card.

Don't be crabby!

Today's "Card"

Hey everyone. Thanks for stopping by. I made up this cute crab card. We all know someone who is being crabby right, so why not give them a card that is funny and gets the point across lol!!! So I took this image and cut him out (I wished now I would have around his legs). I layered up some distressed papers and sewed a brown rectangle onto the card. I wanted to make our little crab pop off this card, so I used brown tones in behind. I added some red ribbon and then adhered it all to the kraft card base. I added the crab, sentiment, and bling to finish this off. I really like how it turned out!

I added this golden sherif star! Love that. I added this great sentiment and really it is true, don't take any bull from anyone!!! Lastly I added some gold bling to keep it balanced with the golden star! I love this card, such a manly looking card, yet fun.

Sweet little lamb

Today's "Card"

Hey! I started out embossing this purple paper and then carefully inking the raised portion a bit with purple ink. I then layered it onto to black cardstock and then wrapped this ribbon around and made a bow. I then adhered it all to the white card base. I like that the black gives this card some dimension. I layered up my lamb image with spellbinders ovals. I added a couple flowers,/brad, bling, and this sweet sentiment to finish it up.

A new addition

Today's "Card"

Hey everyone, I love this great image and I think it could be given for twins, a boy or a girl. There is enough of blue and pink in this card to be a good duo! I love this flocked paper. I sewed the white/blue polka dot paper to it and then ran the pink ribbon around the card. Then matted it first to some pink card stock and then adhered that all to the card base. I added this mirrored heart, which I think it cute for a baby card and flowers/brads, a leaf, and lastly a sentiment.

A day out with dad

Today's "Card"

Hey everyone. I love this great image of the dad and child out fishing. Looks relaxing! I took this brown paper and stamped these gears around the edge and then sewed this greenie blue paper to layer it up. I took the image and used spellbinders to layer it up. I added twine, a button, and some bling to embellish it up more. Lastly I took and made these "D A D" letters on MS Word, printed them off and then used a circle punch and punched them out. Then I layered it with a larger circle in behind. Then I used my copics and coloured in the middle of the circles to match the blue colour from the image.

Western layers

Today's "Card"

Hey all, I thought I would do something a little different. I thought I would use some thicker materials. I used this coloured cardboard and sewed this yellow paper to it. I then added some more layers including this "book" like element. I added this western sticker and made it into a tag and added a golden eyelet. I added some hemp twine and then adhered the whole thing to a black card base. I added a flower/brad and some bling and a few stickers on the inside of that book to finish it up.
