Layer die cut - Thanks

Today's "CAS Card"

Hey, here is another layer die cut single layer card I have made up. Again this is similar to the "mom" card I also made up. I love that the sentiment is a die cut which is so different than anyways stamping! So again I made a frame out of the card base and then kept the little white pieces to fill in later. I put these strips of coloured card stock together and then die cut the spellbinders die. I inserted it into the frame I just made. Then I stamped these flowers with versa mark ink. I was trying to get a "letterpress shadow". I then restamped the flowers again but slightly off from my original stamp with white ink. My white ink tends to smudge even days later so I embossed the white ink with clear embossing powder. Unfortunately, it embossed both layers, but it still looks like it has a shadow slightly which was the idea. I like how the flowers look. Then lastly I cut out the thanks, also cut a "blue" thanks, and then pieced it all back together! I love that the card is quite clean looking and I love the colours as I just love blue and green together!

Thanks for stopping by!
