Flower Power and bling

Today's "Card"

Hey everyone. I just had to post this last Mother's Day card I made. I made this wonderful card up and I just love the colours and this wonderful Basic Grey paperline. There are many layers. I sewed the red flag strip onto the multi coloured strip going across the black card stock. To that I sewed the black cardstock mat to the red multi-coloured patterned paper and then adhered it all to the kraft cardstock. I layered up this great french girl image with spellbinders and layered it with a scalloped circle spellbinders frame using the same basic grey papers. I love all the details alone in this, but then I added a white flourish (spellbinders), flowers, a brad, bling, and a sentiment. For the inside, I again did some sewing, inking, and added a mat to write a message on and a lovely sentiment. This was a fun one to make!
