Today's "Card"
Hey everyone. I just love this card I made, mostly because I love blue so much, but I think it looks great with yellow in combination! I started out layering some blue card stock onto some yellow card stock. Before I adhered it, I pierced it all the way around to add some texture to the card. I then sewed a matching yellow strip to the card mat. I added some blue ribbon with white polka dots in across the yellow strip. I had this wonderful floral image that I printed and then inked the edges. I placed it on top, added some flowers I spritzed and some bling, and a quick sentiment and it was done. I think bling is my favourite embellishment right now. I can't seem to stop adding it to cards and such!

Your card caught my eye on MIM as I love blue too, and it's such a great color to combine with yellow. I think blue actually works really well for girlie designs, and the flowers and gems add to the feminine feel of this card!
